वैशाख मास शुक्ल पक्ष की प्रतिपदा तिथि का क्षय है।
द्वितीया 17 अप्रैल को श्रीशिवाजी की जयंती है।
तृतीया 18 अप्रैल को अक्षय-तृतीया है और भगवान परशुराम जी की जयंती है। और मुस्लिम मास शब्बान शुरू हो जाएगा। और इसी दिन केदारनाथ और बद्रीनाथ धाम की यात्रा भी शुरू हो जाएगी।
इस दिन 18 अप्रैल, बुधवार को अक्षय तृतीया और भगवान परशुराम जी पुण्य तिथि है। इस तिथिकाल मे किये गए शुभ कार्य जैसे - तीर्थस्नान, दान, जप-तप, होम अर्थात हवन, देव-पितृ-तर्पण आदि शुभ कर्मों का फल अनन्त होता है। इस तिथि की गणना युगादि तिथियों में कई जाती है, क्योंकि त्रेतायुग (कल्पभेद से सतयुग) का शुभारंभ इसी तिथि से हुए था। इस तिथि में नर-नारायण, परशुराम और हयग्रीव - ये तीन मुख्य अवतार हुए थे। अक्षय तृतीया बड़ी पवित्र, स्वयं सिद्ध और सुख-सौभाग्य देने वाली तिथि मानी जाती है। इस दिन व्रत रखकर श्रीगंगा, यमुना आदि तीर्थों पर स्नान कर या श्रीगंगा जी आदि का जल मिश्रित का स्नान करने के बाद गेंहू, चने, चावल आदि अनाज, दूध, दही, बर्फी आदि, जल से पूरित घड़ा, छाता, पात्र-बर्तन आदि, फल, वस्त्र और पञ्चाङ्ग का दान मंदिर और ग़रीब ब्राह्मण को भोजन करवाने के बाद भेंट करना चाहिए। इस दिन स्त्रियां और कन्याएं गौरी पूजन करके जल से पूरित कलश, भीगे हुए चने, फल, मिष्ठान्न और वस्त्र आदि का दान सौभाग्य की वृद्धि के लिए करती है।
20 अप्रैल पंचमी को आदि गुरु श्रीशंकराचार्य जी की जयंती है, इस दिन अगस्त्य अस्त है और ग्रीष्म ऋतु भी शुरू हो जाएगी।
21 अप्रैल षष्ठी को श्रीरामानुज आचार्य जी की जयंती है और शक वैशाख मास भी शुरू हो जाएगा।
श्रीगंगा जयंती 22 अप्रैल को हरिद्वार, काशी, प्रयागराज आदि तीर्थों पर मध्याह्न काल मे अर्थात दोपहर के समय गंगास्नान करके पुष्प, अक्षत और धूप दीप आदि द्वारा गंगापूजन करना चाहिए और जप-पाठ करके अन्न, वस्त्र और फल आदि का दान करने का विशेष माहात्म्य होता है।
23 अप्रैल को श्रीदुर्गाष्टमी है और श्रीबगलामुखी जी की जयंती भी है। इस दिन रात की नवमी तिथि को शक्तिरूपा बगलामुखी देवी की पूजा अर्चना करने से ऋण, रोग और शत्रु का भय नही रहता।
24 अप्रैल को श्रीजानकी नवमी है अथवा श्रीसीता नवमी है।
26 अप्रैल को भगवान श्रीविष्णु जी का मोहिनी एकादशी व्रत है।
27 अप्रैल को भगवान श्रीशिवजी का प्रदोष व्रत है।
नृसिंह जयंती 28 अप्रैल को नृसिंह भगवान का श्रीलक्ष्मी जी के साथ पंचोपचार पूजन करना चाहिए। प्रतिदिन पूजन और व्रत आदि करने से भगवान सब प्रकार से रक्षा करते है और धन-धान्य में वृद्धि करते है।
29 अप्रैल चतुर्दशी को श्रीकुर्म जयंती है, श्रीसत्यनारायण व्रत करने के लिए भी उत्तम दिन है क्योंकि पूर्णिमा तिथि सुबह 6:37 पर शुरू हो जाएगी। और इस दिन श्रीछिन्नमस्तिका जी की जयंती है।
30 अप्रैल को वैशाख पूर्णिमा है, श्रीबुद्ध जयंती और श्रीबुद्ध पूर्णिमा है और इस दिन वैशाख मास के तीर्थस्नान भी समाप्त हो जाएंगे।
वैशाख पूर्णिमा 30 अप्रैल को तीर्थ पर गंगाजल सहित स्नान करके भगवान विष्णु जी का ध्यान, पूजन और श्रीविष्णु सहस्रनाम स्तोत्र का पाठ करना चाहिए।
लोक भविष्य - चांद्र वैशाख मास में पाँच रविवार और पाँच सोमवार आने से शुभ-अशुभ दोनों प्रकार के फल घटित होंगे। अनाज की कीमतों में अत्यधिक वृद्धि होगी, कही छत्रभंग होगा, कही उपद्रव और हिंसक घटनाएँ अधिक होंगी। कुछ क्षेत्रों में कृषि-उत्पादन में वृद्धि भी होगी, परन्तु अधिकांश उपभोग्य वस्तुयों का लाभ विशेष वर्ग को ही मिलेगा। इस पक्ष में गुरु और शनि वक्रगति से चल रहे है। शनि-मंगल का शुक्र के साथ षडाष्टक और शुक्र का गुरु के साथ षडाष्टक योग कही पर अकाल, कही भयंकर प्राकृतिक प्रकोप, यान-दुघर्टना किन्ही अनैतिक घटनाओं का कारण बनेगा। महंगाई और बढ़ती रहेगी, जिससे केंद्रीय शासन सत्ता से जनता का भरोसा क्षीण होगा अर्थात कम हो जाएगा।
